There could be various reasons to take anti-depressants. But once you start, it could become challenging to get rid of the medicines. A study shows that people who exercised moderately three times per week reported less depression than those who did not exercise regularly. Other studies have shown that exercising during pregnancy may help prevent postpartum depression since it improves mood and sleep quality while reducing stress levels in pregnant women.


Take a time out for reflection and Celebrate small wins.

Instead of waiting for the big bonanza, celebrate small wins. It will boost your confidence and overpower you to carry on more tasks. 

Taking some time out for yourself can significantly benefit your health. But how much time do you need, and what should you use that time for? Time to read a book, spend some time on hair treatment, spa, or maybe just in the bathtub to relax. 

It is not as simple as we would like it to be. The amount of time depends on what you are doing, and there is no easy answer for everyone. The good idea is to reflect on the day you have had and the day you are about to have. Keep your mind occupied by engaging in something, it can help keep things in perspective and stop those negative thoughts from taking over. It can also help with your focus, giving you more clarity on your tasks. Remember that this will not work if all that reflection does is remind you of how awful everything seems!

You may want to think about what has gone well during your day and how grateful you are for it. It can then make it easier to control any negative thoughts, reminding yourself of all the things you have achieved that day or even reminding yourself that tomorrow is another day where anything could happen!

Over time, those happy thoughts will become stronger and last longer with practice and repetition. Here are some other ideas:

· Think about something that makes you smile every day (it could be your favorite chocolate bar or funny video).

· Ask yourself what went well today? Or what am I proud of today? And remind yourself of these successes whenever you need an emotional boost.

· Make someone else feel happy by complimenting them or doing something nice for them (like offering to babysit their kids, so they have the night off). When we give, we get twice as much in return!


Focus on the here and now rather than the past or future.

A significant part of the cause of your depressive or anxious thoughts is a tendency to focus on either the past or the future. If you feel depressed, it's probably because you're focusing on something you should have done in your past or something that has happened to you in your past that might affect your present. Similarly, if you are feeling anxious about something, it is probably because you are focusing on something that might happen to you in your future. By meditating and practicing mindfulness and awareness throughout the day, focusing on your senses and what's happening around you right at this moment rather than what has happened before or what might happen later, you can prevent this kind of thinking before it happens.

So even if things aren't going perfectly well for you right now, by accepting those things may not be going perfectly well right now. Still, by trying to accept those things as they are and focusing on the present instead of dwelling on the past or fretting about the future over which we have little power. Change things now if you can or accept them as they are…This acceptance allows us to move forward more peacefully—to enjoy life more fully—that is our goal!

However, they learn from them instead of letting them hold them back or define their lives.

The best way to start a meditation and positive thinking program are to take things one day at a time. Don't worry about tomorrow, but rather focus on what you can do today. Take action today to make tomorrow better. Accept the things you can't change and concentrate on the things you can, like your thinking and actions. Don't worry about what you can't control, such as other people and the weather.


Lastly, Pray.

There isn't an issue in the world that prayers can't solve. The most straightforward approach to escape and finding mental tranquility is to pray. Fruits of labor will be obtained due to faith in the almighty.
