Explore GoWilds Real Adventure & Travels

Hey there, fellow adventurers! I'm Vandana, and I'm delighted to meet you here. I was born in a beautiful hill station in India, grew up in Doon Valley, and now I'm happily living in Canada for the rest of my life.

I've been a nature enthusiast since I was a kid. Our fantastic planet has given us many chances to enjoy and appreciate its wonders, so why not take them? Over the last forty years, I've lived on four different continents worldwide. They say staying in one place your whole life is like never leaving your bedroom.

As a child, I had big dreams. I wanted to become a doctor. People thought I was pretty smart because I was good at science. I thought I had everything figured out, but it turned out that being a doctor wasn't my true calling. Instead, at age 21, I got married and moved to a stunning place in East Africa called Diani Beach in Mombasa. It's a paradise with fantastic beaches and clear blue waters that everyone should experience at least once.

After spending four wonderful years there, fate led us to another beautiful spot: the islands of Zanzibar. I explored the charming streets of Stone Town, enjoyed the gorgeous beaches, watched breathtaking sunsets, and wandered through the spice markets of these magical islands.

In Zanzibar, I even taught basic English to two kids from Austria. Their dad worked with my husband. Later, I also took on a job as a Boutique Manager. But life had more surprises in store for us. An exciting opportunity came up in Dubai, and my husband took it.

Our family grew from two to three, and we set off to explore the Arabian Peninsula. I wanted to do more than just be a homemaker. So, I teamed up with my husband in business, even though it wasn't something I had studied for. This opened doors to visit luxurious hotels, resorts, and top-notch restaurants and bars.

Who We Are

Great Opportunity For Adventure & Travels

Because of all the moving around, I came across many incredible places and opportunities I wanted to share with others, along with some tips and advice. One day, I decided to write my thoughts for people who shared my interests. My experiences could benefit and inspire them. After much thinking, in 2015, I launched "ExplorewithVandanaRajbhatt" on WordPress to share my travel stories and reviews, pouring my heart into every word I write.

In 2020, I launched a captivating new blog website and moved away from WordPress. As I crafted blogs, recounted travel adventures, reviewed restaurants, and delved into festivals, the year brought me valuable insights. I started weaving short stories and composing poems, adding a new dimension to my writing. Then, on a particular day, I made a bold decision—to write a novel, a work of fiction. This endeavor spanned approximately two and a half years, filled with persistent writing, revisions, rewrites, countless rounds of editing, and numerous drafts.

I'm overjoyed to announce that in 2023, I've successfully published not just one but two books. The first, titled "The Prophecy Paradox: The Power and Perils of Seeing the Future," made its debut in March 2023. Following that, "Hamlet in the Himalayas" graced the shelves in September 2023. While I'm currently immersed in working on several other manuscripts, with potential publication dates in 2024, I'm reminded that the possibilities are limitless.

I'm committed to continuing to share my stories with the world. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who have visited my page and immersed yourselves in my narratives. Your presence and readership mean the world to me.
